Five jobs an AI assistant can take off your team this month

You do not need an AI strategy to get value from AI. You need one repetitive job that eats your team's time, and a careful first version.

1. Answering the same questions

A chatbot trained on your own pages and policies can answer opening hours, prices, delivery and how-to questions at any hour, and hand over to a person for anything else.

2. Qualifying new enquiries

An assistant can reply to a new enquiry within seconds, ask the two or three questions you always ask, and pass the good ones to your team with the answers attached.

3. Booking

Appointments, tables and viewings can be booked by chat or phone without a person on the line, and written straight into your calendar.

4. Searching your own documents

Instead of asking a colleague where the contract template is, ask an assistant that has read your documents and shows its sources.

5. First drafts

Product descriptions, replies, summaries and reports: an assistant writes the first draft and a person approves it.

Keep people in charge

Limit each assistant to approved material, test it on real questions, send important steps through an approval, and always give customers a way to reach a person. Start with one job, learn from it, then add the next.
