How we work
A project runs in four steps, with you in the room for each of them. Here is what happens, what we need from you and what you receive.
1. Listen
We start with your customers, your goals and what a good result looks like. It is one conversation, not a long form. Afterwards you get a short written summary, so we both know we heard the same thing.
- We need: a call and any material you already have
- You get: a summary and a proposal with a fixed price or a clear range
2. Design
You see a clickable design before any code is written, and we change it until it feels right. Decisions are easier to make on something you can click.
- We need: your feedback on each version
- You get: a design you can open on your own phone
3. Build
We build it fast, accessible and searchable by default, then test it on real phones and browsers. We share progress with you on a private preview link.
- We need: your content, or we write it with you
- You get: a tested site with speed, accessibility and search checks
4. Launch and grow
We go live, watch the numbers and keep improving. Hosting, care and monthly work are there if you want them, and each is priced up front in the instant estimate.

- You get: a live site, a hand-over and suggestions for what to do next
How payment works
You can pay for the build in one go or spread it over three to twelve months, with a down payment and a monthly instalment. Monthly care and services are quoted separately. Everything is in the written proposal before you commit.
