Accessibility statement

We want this website to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or reduced motion. This statement says what we do, what we know is imperfect and how to reach us.

What we aim for

We design and test this site to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, a widely used standard that European accessibility rules point to.

What we do

Pages use real headings, landmarks, links and buttons, with text alternatives for images. Everything can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus. Colours are chosen for contrast. The estimate dialog traps focus, closes with Escape and returns you where you were.

  • Reduced motion: if your device asks for less motion, animations and 3D scenes are switched off and the page is still complete
  • Language: each page declares its language, and Czech and English versions are separate pages
  • Forms: every field has a label, and errors are described in text

What we know is imperfect

This site uses scroll-driven and 3D scenes. We keep their content available as plain text, but some visual effects cannot be fully described. If a scene gets in your way, tell us and we will help you get the information another way.

We test with automated tools and by hand, and we have not yet had the site audited by an external specialist.

Tell us if something does not work

Write to [email protected] or call +420 728 675 800 and say which page and what went wrong. We reply as soon as we can, usually within a few working days, and we will fix the problem or find another way to give you the information.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may also contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce).
